Mindmesh will progressively decentralize through the launch of a DAO governed by $MESH token holders. Early decisions will be stewarded by the Core Team and strategic partners, with voting power gradually shifting to the community.

Key governance areas

  • Model curation and ranking

  • Reward formulas and validator roles

  • Network parameters (fees, staking amounts)

  • Ecosystem grant allocation

Mindmesh governance will initially use Snapshot and Gnosis Safe multi-sig, with future upgrades to fully on-chain voting and quadratic governance proposals.
